Mountain Studios are part of a four-plex and feature a gas fireplace, ceiling fans, a kitchenette, and a king bed. Riverfront Cottages are part of a four-plex; each includes a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, an in-room Jacuzzi, kitchenette, a queen bed, and an outdoor personal hot tub overlooking the Fall River. Riverfront Suites are upstairs and have an in-room Jacuzzi, a king bed, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and riverview balcony with a gas grill. Riverview Suites are two-story suites with an in-room Jacuzzi, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and riverview balcony on the main level; the king bedroom is downstairs with a walkout to the patio and riverbank. Riverview Suite End Units are three-story two-bedroom suites. The main level includes a full bathroom, an in-room Jacuzzi for 2, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and riverview balcony with a gas grill. Upstairs is one king bedroom with a full bathroom. The other king bedroom is at basement level with a walkout to the patio and riverbank. Cottage 15 is located adjacent to the office and includes two bedrooms and one bathroom with a large shower. The king bedroom has a door to the riverfront patio area, and the queen bedroom includes an in-room jacuzzi tub. There is also a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and a personal outdoor hot tub.
