Stonebrook Resort-Adult Only provides lodging along Fall River near the village of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. NONE of lodging is airconditioned. Mountain Studios are part of a four-plex and feature a gas fireplace, ceiling fans, a kitchenette, and a king bed. Riverfront Cottages are part of a four-plex; each includes a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, an in-room Jacuzzi, kitchenette, a queen bed, and an outdoor personal hot tub overlooking the Fall River. Riverfront Suites are upstairs and have an in-room Jacuzzi, a king bed, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and riverview balcony with a gas grill. Riverview Suites are two-story suites with an in-room Jacuzzi, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and riverview balcony on the main level; the king bedroom is downstairs with a walkout to the patio and riverbank. Riverview Suite End Units are three-story two-bedroom suites. The main level includes a full bathroom, an in-room Jacuzzi for 2, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and riverview balcony with a gas grill. Upstairs is one king bedroom with a full bathroom. The other king bedroom is at basement level with a walkout to the patio and riverbank. Cottage 15 is located adjacent to the office and includes two bedrooms and one bathroom with a large shower. The king bedroom has a door to the riverfront patio area, and the queen bedroom includes an in-room jacuzzi tub. There is also a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and a personal outdoor hot tub.

The Full Service Rockslide Bar offers refreshing cocktails, wine, champagne, and beer. Room service includes an extensive drink menu.

Guests can enjoy activities like hiking and fishing in Estes Park. A private hiking trail provides direct access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Through a partnership with Backbone Adventures (off-site), ATV rentals are available. The resort features barbecue facilities and free WiFi.

Stonebrook Resort - Adult Only is near Rocky Mountain National Park and 1 mile from downtown Estes Park. Landmarks nearby include Parika Lake (2 km), Mrs. Walsh's Garden (2 km), and the Backcountry Permit Office (2 km). The resort is 100 km from Denver International Airport.

Guests receive a text message at 4 p.m. on their arrival date with a property map, unit number, and passcode. Early check-in is available for a fee. Checkout is at 11 a.m.; late checkout until 1 p.m. may be purchased. The property is non-smoking and pet-free and reserved for adults only (21+). All rooms include bed linen. Each double room features a toaster, tea/coffee maker, dishwasher, and sofa. Temperatures over 85 mean that NONE of lodging is airconditioned.
