CASTLE MOUNTAIN LODGE, Estes Park

Castle Mountain Lodge provides cottages, suites, and motel rooms. Cottages feature kitchens, full baths, and barbecue grills. Select cottages include wood burning fireplaces and hot tubs. The Three-Story Cabin Retreat has king, queen, and bunk beds, accommodating up to 12 people. Riverside Suites provide decks overlooking Fall River and access to trout fishing. Select rooms include kitchenettes with mini-fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers. Dog-friendly cabins are available.

Castle Mountain Lodge provides packages. The Sweetheart Package includes dinner for two at a local favorite, fresh flowers, extra firewood, a snack basket, and chocolate confections. The Spa and Pamper Package features relaxation massages, dinner, chocolates, flowers, and firewood. The Snowshoe Package includes snowshoe rentals and firewood. Guests can reserve private hot tub time. The lodge provides webcams with views of Fall River. Photography workshops are available with Nathan Wood, including sunrise, night sky, and waterfall photography. Fly fishing is accessible on the property, with Rainbow, Brook, and Brown trout. Rods are available for guest use. Disc golf is offered on an 18-hole mountain course with views of Rocky Mountain National Park. During summer, enjoy live music and ice cream socials on Tuesdays.

Castle Mountain Lodge is near the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and Trail Ridge Road. Old Fall River Road, a one-way dirt road, provides access across RMNP. The lodge is a few minutes from Safeway and downtown Estes Park, with shops, art galleries, coffee shops, and candy stores. Landmarks nearby include Estes Park Aerial Tramway (3 km), Red Rose Rock Shop (2 km), and Downtown Estes Park (2 km). Castle Mountain is 0.5 km away.

The lodge provides daily towel delivery and supply service. Housekeeping positions are available from mid-May through mid-October, including housing. Group accommodations are available for up to 35 people in one, two, and three-bedroom cabins. The property features outdoor cook-out spots and a riverside fire pit.
