The high-speed gondola is just over a minute walk away where guests can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, tubing, mountain biking, hiking and gondola rides. Dercum Square features an ice rink during the winter and a miniature golf course during the summer, as well as a playground and firepit. Bike paths run north and south of Red Hawk Lodge leading guests throughout the entire resort and Summit County.

The Springs Condominiums by Keystone Resort is 22 km from Frisco Historic Park. The nearest airport, Eagle County Regional Airport, is 83 km from The Springs Condominiums and 100 km from the accommodation. Located on the edge of River Run Village, The Springs is close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Warren Station is located west of The Springs just across the pedestrian bridge and features special events including live music and children's activities. Located just 100 yards from the River Run Gondola. Underground, heated parking is available for one vehicle. Additional parking is available in the Hunky Dory parking lot just outside the building.

The resort offers free WiFi throughout the property. The resort shuttle can take guests to many nearby activities including hockey, sleigh rides, paddle boating, canoeing and golf. Condos and Town homes also come with free parking for one vehicle close to your condo and free parking for additional vehicles in other lots within the resort. Homes have parking for 2 in a garage, and parking for up to two more vehicles in the driveway. Most units also include a ski locker. The homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. This property is non-smoking which is strictly enforced.
