Dining Options
The Broadmoor has 20 restaurants, cafes, and lounges. The resort sources ingredients from its own greenhouses, a cattle ranch, a bakery, and a chocolate kitchen. Wagyu beef comes from Eagles Nest Ranch in eastern Colorado. The chefs grow vegetables and herbs at the resort's greenhouse and gardens. Room service is available.
