The Peaks Resort and Spa offers rooms, suites, condos, cabins and penthouses. Residences include five-bedroom penthouses with views of the San Juan Mountains and four-bedroom penthouses with views of Mt. Wilson and the San Sophia Range. Other accommodations include the three-bedroom Summit Penthouse and the cozy 7th floor corner penthouse with views of the ski area, Mt. Wilson, San Sophia, and village to the west and south. Cabins feature family-oriented bedroom appointments, a full kitchen, fireplace, underground heated parking, and a washer and dryer. Suites have large flat screen TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD players, work desks with lamps, queen sleeper sofas in king rooms, bathtubs, oversized bathrooms with his and hers sinks, terrycloth robes, spacious closets, irons and ironing boards, coffeemakers with gourmet coffee and tea, and mini fridges. Suites do not have air conditioning but ceiling fans. Some rooms offer balconies.

Altezza Restaurant serves cuisine made with local and organic ingredients and offers Telluride views. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Peaks Resort And Spa is located in Telluride Mountain Village near the Sheridan Opera House, built in 1913, and the Telluride Historical Museum, in a converted hospital built in 1896. The hotel provides ski-in/ski-out access and golf-in/golf-out access. It is minutes from the free Gondola to Telluride.
