Manor Vail Lodge has studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom condominiums, and penthouses. Studios feature private patios overlooking Golden Peak, Gore Creek, or the Gore Range, a living area with a fireplace, and a king or queen bed. One-bedroom condos include a separate bedroom, a living area with a fireplace, and a balcony or patio. Two-bedroom condos offer views of Vail Mountain or Gore Creek. The Palatial Four Bedroom + Loft Penthouse #470 includes a king bed in the master bedroom, two futons in the loft, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and direct elevator access. Luxurious Three Bedroom + Den #454 has a hot tub and a TV with Golden Peak views. The Slopeside Two-Bedroom Penthouse #448 offers views of Vail Mountain and Gore Creek, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a deck with views of Golden Peak. Each unit has a kitchen with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and kitchenware, along with a tea and coffee maker and TV with cable channels.

The Fitz Bar + Bites serves Colorado drafts and creative cocktails. Ridge + River Mountainside Kitchen has menus, premium spirits, and Colorado brews with mountain views. A daily breakfast is available, with coffee, juice, eggs, pastries, granola, yogurt, and fruit, costing $25 for non-guests and $15 per child. The Fitz offers alpine flavors and mountain views near the Gerald Ford Amphitheater. Private dining spaces that accommodate 16 to 64 guests are available. The Bridge, above the Fitz Bar, is suitable for 12-20 guests.

Manor Vail Lodge has a pool and fitness center. The BioMed Spa provides IV therapies and an oxygen bar. Guests can play tennis on-site or ski. Bike rentals are available at Vail Sports. Gore Creek Fly Fisherman offers fly fishing trips. Vail Golf Club is near the Gore Mountain Range. Nottingham Lake is 15 minutes away in Avon. Eagle County Regional Airport is 60 km away. The lodge is near The Englishman Fine Art and Antiques, Vail Athletic Club & Spa, and Vail Covered Bridge. Complimentary in-town transportation is provided by GMC.

Manor Vail Lodge offers a lodging quality assurance program. There is a 24-hour front desk. Daily housekeeping is performed between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. There are event spaces to hold meetings, gatherings, and wedding receptions. There is an on-site ski locker. Parking is available at the base of Vail Mountain, across the street from Chair 6, at Vail Ski School & Nursery. A Gold Parking Pass costs $5,100 per winter. A Silver Parking Pass costs $4,800 per winter.
