Ouray Main Street Inn features eight lodging rooms in two 19th-Century houses and one cabin. All rooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning, free WiFi, and internet or satellite TV. The Box Canyon Suite, Aspen Jr. Suite, and the Miners' Cabin include full kitchens. The Cottonwood Room offers a kitchenette. All other rooms feature a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, cups/glasses, bowls, and utensils. The Aspen Jr. Suite features a dishwasher and dining area, a living/sleeping area with a Queen Bed, a loveseat, and a private bath with a tub and shower. It also has a covered private deck with south-facing mountain views. The Miners' Cabin, located behind Main Street North, is a two-story, one-bedroom cabin with one King bed, a private bathroom with shower, an additional half-bath, and two private decks. The Cottonwood Room has a king bed, a small stove/oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a private bath with tub/shower, and a small porch. Daily housekeeping is available upon request, and all linens and towels are provided.
Bakery Basket
All guests receive a complimentary "Bakery Basket" at check-in. The basket includes Nova's fresh-baked apple bread, zucchini bread, banana bread, or other treats.

The Ouray Main Street Inn is in walking distance to Ouray's restaurants, shops, galleries, the Uncompahgre River, the Ouray Ice Park, and hiking trails. Ouray is located in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. Nearby attractions include the historic mining town of Silverton, where guests can follow Silverton's Main Street (Hwy 110) to the old townsite of Animas Forks. The Million Dollar Highway offers views of mountains and old mine structures. Other area activities include the Annual Ouray County Fair & Rodeo, which takes place each Labor Day weekend, and an arts and crafts show in August. Guests can swing nine-holes at The Links at Cobble Creek, open year round, located south of Montrose.
Location and Transportation
Ouray is located in southwest Colorado, near Four Corners, in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. Ouray is approximately 300 miles southwest of Denver on US Hwy 550, 70 miles north of Durango, and 98 miles south of Grand Junction. The section of Hwy 550 between Silverton and Ouray is known as "The Million Dollar Highway". Montrose Airport (MTJ) is 70 km from Ouray Main Street Inn. The closest airports to Ouray are Montrose Airport (MTJ, 45 miles away. Grand Junction and Durango Airports are regional airports that are 2-hour driving distances from Ouray. Denver, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City and Colorado Springs have airports within 6 hours driving distance of Ouray. To find Ouray Main Street Inn from the north, drive 10 miles south past Ridgeway, pass the Public Hot Springs on your right, continue south, pass 4th Avenue, and the Inn will be on the right. From the south, drive north through Durango and/or Silverton, come down the hill, continue on Main Street two blocks, and the Inn will be on the left.
General Information
Ouray Main Street Inn is pet-friendly. A limit of 2 pets is allowed. The pet fee is $25 per pet for the first night, and $10 per pet per night thereafter for declared pets ($60 cap per week per pet). Undeclared pets are subject to a $150 per pet fee. There are no fees for service animals that are trained to perform a service for a person with a disability.
