The Landing at Estes Park offers cabins, villas, and suites. Cabins are near the Big Thompson River. Villas are set back to provide views of Longs Peak and the river. Lodge Suites, for guests 18 and older, feature air conditioning. King Suites have mountain and lawn views from a shared patio. The Mills and Lady Bird Suites overlook the river. Sprague Suite includes a dry sauna. The MacPhearson Room features economy rates. Select units include kitchenettes. Each unit includes complimentary high-speed wireless internet and a flat-screen HDTV. Bathrooms include large walk-in glass showers. The Spruce Suite is ADA accessible, and the Aspen Suite is a corner suite. Our charming units spill out onto private balconies or patios, each perfect for soaking up the natural surroundings.

The Landing at Estes Park features an event hall that holds up to 120 guests. The hall includes an authentic barn wood bar, a catering kitchen, a deck overlooking the river, large wooden beams with iron detailing, old world light fixtures, a stone fireplace, sliding glass doors, and windows with views of Longs Peak and the river. The property hosts weddings and rehearsal dinners. It provides tables, chairs, and parking for 33 vehicles. A Riverfront Cabin and the Signature Suite are available for getting ready.

Guests can fish in the Big Thompson River bordering the property. The Landing is 2 km from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, featuring mountain views, lakes, wildlife, and climates. Eldora Mountain Resort makes for a day trip. Front desk staff can provide advice on activities. Other attractions include miniature golf, go-karts, the Big Slide, and an aerial tram ride to Prospect Mountain.
