NICKY'S RESORT, Estes Park

Nicky's Resort is located along The Fall River, one mile from downtown Estes Park and two miles from the north entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Denver International Airport is 100 km away.

The resort offers a variety of accommodations including double rooms, family rooms, quadruple rooms, and bungalows. The Moose Haven (Cabin 2) features two bedrooms each with a queen bed, a futon in the living room, a gas fireplace, and a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave. Standard amenities include air conditioning, coffee machines, private bathrooms with a bath and shower, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, and complimentary toiletries. Select rooms have a fireplace, a dining area and a terrace. All accommodations are non-smoking.

Nicky's Resort is not affiliated with The Wapiti Restaurant. Guests can try Nicky's famous Prime Rib roasted in rock salt.

The resort has a swimming pool open during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and a putting green. Guests can fish in Fall River, where trout are stocked. The resort is near trails in Rocky Mountain National Park, including Sprague Lake, Nymph Lake, Dream Lake, Emerald Lake, Gem Lake, Balanced Rock, Sky Pond, Lake of Glass, Beaver Meadows Loop, and Twin Sisters Peak Trail. Winter activities include snowshoeing around Bear Lake, Lily Ridge, Emerald Lake, and Lake Haiyaha. There is a sun terrace for guest use.

Nicky's Resort has been a landmark since 1964 and is open year-round. Groups are welcome. VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Same day reservations must be faxed to the hotel by 6:00 pm. The resort is pet-free.
