Kokopelli Inn offers unique rooms with a Southwestern theme. The Kokopelli King Suite features a kiva fireplace, a two-person marble shower, and a handcrafted vanity made from a cottonwood log. It includes a private deck with a swing and seating area. The Whispering Pines Suite has two queen beds and a kiva fireplace. It offers a private entrance off the deck, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The Kachina Suite provides views of the mountains and wildlife, a custom marble shower, and a handcrafted vanity. The Dream Catcher Room is a private queen suite with a private patio and views of wildlife. Each room includes a flat-screen satellite television, air conditioning, a fridge, and a microwave. Children aged 9 and over can stay for an extra $15 per night.

Kokopelli Inn is near Estes Park fly fishing spots, including the Big Thompson River and Fall River. Rocky Mountain National Park offers hiking, cycling, and wildlife watching. Guests can rent paddle boats, kayaks, canoes, and fishing boats at Lake Estes. The Estes Park area is home to whitewater rafting services for trips on the Colorado River, Poudre River, and Big Thompson River. The Poudre River is known as one of Colorado's best whitewater rafting rivers. A fishing license from the Colorado Department of Wildlife is required. A 3.1-mile trail is located near Estes Park. A steep hike through Copeland Moraine is available.

Kokopelli Inn is located 6.5 miles east of Lake Estes on Highway 36 and borders Roosevelt National Forest. Denver International Airport is 100 km away. The Matthews-Reeser Bird Sanctuary is on the south side of the trail. The inn is 1.2 miles past JellyStone Campground. From Lyons, the inn is 14 miles on the right side of Highway 36. Guests may see Elk grazing on the property.

The Kokopelli Inn has open outdoor areas for group picnics and family reunions. There is a hot tub at the back of the inn. Seasonal and overnight dock rental space is available. Guests can relax on a private patio with tables and a swing. The inn is smoke-free, with designated outdoor smoking areas.
