Gold Point Resort by Vacatia features 49 accommodations with washers/dryers and DVD players. The three-bedroom penthouse is approximately 1,500 square feet and includes one king-size bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, and two queen sleeper sofas. Also included is a full-size kitchen, a separate dining room table for 10, a gas fireplace, a private balcony, three full bathrooms, multiple flat-screen televisions, an in-unit washer/dryer, and one parking garage. Other units include a balcony with a mountain view. Each condo features a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen television with DVD player, and a full bathroom with shower/tub. Selected rooms provide a kitchen fitted with an oven. Studio condominiums are approximately 400 square feet and feature either two queen-sized beds or one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchenette (includes a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, mini-refrigerator, 2 burner cooktops, and a mini Crock-pot), and a full bathroom.
Leisure and Activities
Gold Point Resort offers indoor hot tubs in each building with views of the Tenmile Range. Pool towels are provided in each unit. BBQ grills are available in the back of each building. Guests have access to an indoor hot tub. The Lounge has vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, comfy chairs, a shuffleboard table, a regulation-sized pool table, and an outdoor balcony overlooking the mountain views. An outdoor fire pit is available. DVDNow, a DVD rental kiosk with new releases, is available. For $7, guests can rent one DVD at a time for three nights or less. For $10, one DVD at a time can be rented for four nights or more. Activities such as wine glass painting and Bingo are offered. The Breckenridge Recreation Center, located north of the town core on Airport Road, offers discounted access to Gold Point guests. Passes are available at the front desk.
Location & Transportation
Gold Point Resort Breckenridge By Vacatia is located near Breckenridge Ski Resort (4 km), Blue River Sports (3 km), and High Line Railroad Park (2 km). Eagle County Regional Airport is 100 km away. Summit Stage bus service picks up at the Gold Point Resort and travels to Copper Mountain, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco. Summit Stage bus service is available year-round and departs from the Breckenridge Transit Center, located next to the BreckConnect Gondola. The Breckenridge 'Free Ride' provides bus transportation around town. There is an hourly summit stage stop by the building.
Resort Services
Gold Point Resort by Vacatia offers a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace, and barbecue facilities. A business centre and vending machines with snacks and drinks are available onsite. Complimentary wireless internet is available to all guests. A courtesy computer station is available in the lounge. Gold Point Resort allows pets (up to two dogs or cats) with advance notice. Guests will receive a rental card to browse and rent movies. Board-approved inventory is available for sale to Gold Point owners on Vacatia.com. All weeks are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis with a full-price offer. The front desk operates Saturday through Thursday, and 8 a.m - 8 p.m Fridays. Other facilities include a hot tub.
