Colorado Chautauqua Cottages features studios and one to three-bedroom cottages, along with the Missions House Lodge with eight bedrooms and Columbine Lodge with studio apartments. Cottages include fully equipped kitchens; most have private screened-in porches. Missions House Lodge has a great room with a stone gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, eight guest rooms with private baths, a downstairs powder room, and a screened-in front porch. Columbine Lodge has kitchenettes. Mary H. Galey Cottage measures 2,245 square feet, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, can accommodate up to 12 people.

It is near the National Center for Atmospheric Research, Coors Event Center, Folsom Field Stadium, and the University of Colorado at Boulder. The property is near the Enchanted Mesa Trail and Colorado Chautauqua. Parking is available on Baseline Road and in neighborhoods north of Baseline Road. The HOP 2 Chautauqua provides transportation to the Chautauqua General Store.
