Room #10, the Royal Queen, includes a queen-sized bed, a soaking tub with shower, a high ceiling, and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Room #2, the Bear's Den, has a queen-sized bed, a full-sized bed, and a soaking tub with shower. Room #3, the Riverside Queen, offers a queen bed. Room #4, the Riverside King, includes a shower/bath combo. Room #5, the Cottage Queen, features a queen-sized bed and a patio. Room #6, the Royal King, provides a king bed, a private balcony with 2 rocking chairs, a jetted tub, and a steam shower. Room #7, the other Cliffside King, has a king bed. Room #9, the Northern Exposure, features a queen bed and a high ceiling. All rooms include air conditioning, free WiFi, and free bottled water. Each room also has its own adjustable heating.

“With its rustic charm and recent renovations, this property sits conveniently in town, offering walkable access to Ouray's attractions. I think that the cozy atmosphere is really inviting, and the hot tub a definite plus, although some may find the upstairs a bit warm. I do get a sense that guest experience could be more consistent and attentive.”
