Dining at Aspen Meadows
Aspen Meadows Resort features culinary experiences with dishes, created with ingredients from Colorado's Rocky Mountains. The restaurant includes mountain views and shareable plates. The menu is served in the dining room, at the bar, and outdoors. Meadows Café, located in the Walter Isaacson Center, offers breakfast and lunch. La Colombe coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and takeaway items are available. Brunch is available, including Colorado Veg Hash and Chipotle Chicken. Kids' brunch includes Powder Day Pancakes, Cheese Burger, and Chicken Fingers.
Leisure and activities
Aspen Meadows Resort provides activities and facilities. The Health Center has TRX, cardio and weight equipment, a Peloton bike, steam rooms, an outdoor heated saline lap pool, a hot tub, and a half-court indoor gymnasium with basketball. The resort offers a Tennis Center with tennis, pickleball, and padel courts. Guests can participate in a wildlife scavenger hunt. A barrel sauna is available. During the summer, the Lost Forest at Elk Camp Snowmass includes biking and hiking trails, a zipline, ropes course, climbing wall, and alpine coaster.
Location & Transportation
Aspen Meadows Resort is near the Roaring Fork River. Aspen-Pitkin County Airport is 5 km away. A complimentary electric-powered shuttle service to downtown Aspen runs from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm every 30 minutes. Transportation to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport departs Aspen Meadows Resort twice per hour from 5:45 am to 10:15 pm daily. During ski season, a complimentary skier shuttle to Buttermilk is available. For Snowmass and Highlands, transportation is provided to the "S" curve RFTA skier shuttle stop. The resort provides covered self-parking.
