Dunton features regional dining, sourcing local ingredients. There is no standard a-la-carte menu; meals are crafted based on preferences and seasonal ingredients. Guests can choose from communal tables, individual seating, or the chef's counter. Breakfast includes coffees, pastries, and granola. Lunch offers items such as Coq Au Vin and New York Strip. Dinner can be shared at the communal table or in a private setting. Starters include hot asparagus soup and roast squash salad.
